📖 The quintet concert

Tenor saxophonist Xavi Maldonado, awarded the Extraordinary Prize for Jazz and Modern Music Performance for the 2025-2026 academic year, leads a special concert with his quintet.

For this musical performance, Maldonado is joined by an artistic lineup featuring Camil Arcarazo on guitar, David Cid on piano, Ot Granados on double bass, and Enric Fuster on drums. The program highlights both their collective synergy and individual artistry.

🎶 Barcelona Jazz Festival and Conservatori Liceu

This recital is held within the framework of the Barcelona Jazz Festival at the Auditori del Conservatori Liceu. Maldonado returns to this auditorium accompanied by fellow alumni who, like him, were scholarship recipients of the Fundació Ferrer de Música: Camil Arcarazo, Ot Granados, and Enric Fuster.

The concert presents an excellent opportunity to experience the talent of this generation of musicians live in the historic venue of Conservatori Liceu.

✨ An unmissable evening to enjoy contemporary live jazz in Barcelona.
