📖 A musical dialogue between two essential figures

This concert presents a vindicative perspective through a musical dialogue between two complementary voices of 20th-century Catalan musical heritage, both undergoing rediscovery and normalization within modern programming.

On one hand, the program highlights the singular path of Narcisa Freixas from Sabadell, marked by her dedication to pedagogy and music composed for children and education. Her songs weave literary text and music with great sensitivity, shaping a direct yet refined and deeply expressive language.

🎶 Any Pau Casals Commemoration

The concert marks two significant milestones: the 150th anniversary of Pau Casals' birth and the centenary of Narcisa Freixas' death.

This performance is officially included within the calendar of commemorative events for Any Pau Casals, promoting their musical heritage.

✨ A unique chance to experience the depth of Catalan musical history through two of its key exponents.
