📖 A sonic blend of reggae, soul, and new wave

Joe Yorke has carved his own path from soundsystem culture to major festival stages. His unique sound thrives at the crossroads of reggae, soul, disco, and new wave influences. Over his career, he has developed a singular repertoire, highlighted by his 2023 album "Hopeless" with its strong soul roots, and his release "Shallow Fantasies", drawing inspiration from 60s pop, the 80s Manchester scene, and the raw atmosphere of northern England.

🎤 An intimate live show with distinguished collaborations

Well known as a frequent collaborator with Stand High Patrol, through singles alongside L'Entourloop and O.B.F, and for his acclaimed cover of Bronski Beat's "Smalltown Boy", the British artist delivers engaging, close-up performances. On stage at La (2) de Apolo, Yorke is joined by backing vocalists, a DJ, and a guitarist, putting his remarkable vocal talent center stage in this event organized by Middleground.
