The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra under its music director Tarmo Peltokoski, with pianist Martin Helmchen as soloist.

Programme: Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor, K. 491, and Bruckner's Symphony No. 4 "Romantic".

Finnish conductor Peltokoski, born in 2000, is one of the most sought-after young conductors today. Bruckner's "Romantic", with its horn calls and forest atmosphere, is the perfect symphony to hear under the Palau's skylight.

🏛️ Palau de la Música Catalana

A Modernista masterpiece by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, opened in 1908 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its Concert Hall, with the stained-glass skylight and the sculptures framing the stage, is one of the most beautiful in the world and a regular stop for the great international orchestras.
