Originally premiered in 2010 at the former Teatre de La Riereta under the direction of Òscar Molina and performed by Silvia Sabaté and Jorge-Yamam Serrano, the original text explored 1980s Barcelona, counterculture, and the heroin crisis through a couple bound by consumption.

Fourteen years later, this updated version transforms the original fiction into documentary theatre. Audiences travel between the text, the historical and socio-cultural backdrop of the era, and the real-world genesis of the script itself.

🎭 Co-direction and creative team

Directed jointly by Pere Borrell and playwright Oriol Candela, the production stars actors Maria Villarejo and Pau Bondiez. The project is backed by Arep per la salut mental with collaboration from Gigantes y Molinos.
