The recital unfolds as a captivating musical conversation from fiery classicism to the twentieth century. The program opens with Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 23 in F minor, Op. 57, “Appassionata”, followed by the poetic lyricism of Claude Debussy's Clair de Lune and the expressive “Waltz” from Ukrainian composer Myroslav Skoryk's Partita No. 5.
