Barcelona launches a platform for experiencing fashion as culture: two evenings of conversations, performance, live music and DJ sets by the sea. 🧵🎶

PLEC is promoted by Barcelona City Council as part of its Fashion Strategic Plan 2025-2030 and is presented alongside 080 Barcelona Fashion.

🎤 A different line-up each day

On Wednesday 21 there are conversations between Yolanda Muelas and Edu García Llamas (on magazines long before the scroll) and between Daniel Riera and Luis Venegas (on Barcelona as a stage), a performance by Mabel Olea and a DJ set by BENGALA. Thursday 22 brings live podcasts by Radio Noia and Vestir Santas with Ràdio Primavera Sound, a performance by Nicasio Torres and Muerte a la Norma, a concert by Svsto and a DJ set by Miqui Puig. Both evenings include Luis Venegas' archive activation, Free Time Barcelona's pop-up newsstand and the PLEC object by CentsdeCels.

📺 080 on screen

From 20 to 23 October PLEC also takes the 080 fashion shows to outdoor screens, in a different spot each day: Plaça de Can Fabra (Sant Andreu), Plaça de les Glòries, Plaça del Mar (Barceloneta) and Plaça Comercial (Born).
