The soloist then performs his own arrangement of Johann Sebastian Bach's monumental Chaconne, BWV 1004.

The musical journey continues with the evocative Fantasía sevillana, op. 29 by Joaquín Turina and the poetic brilliance of Un sueño en la Floresta by Agustín Barrios Mangoré. The recital concludes with three celebrated compositions by Isaac Albéniz: Torre Bermeja (from Piezas Características, op. 92), Mallorca, barcarola, op. 202, and the famous Asturias (leyenda) (from Suite Española).
