The gala on Friday 23 is a charity night for the Red Cross in Cornellà. 🏛️ Laughter in danger of extinction
That is this year's motto: a call to protect laughter as a shared heritage. The festival was created as a tribute to the Catalan clown Charlie Rivel and to make Cornellà the city of clowns, combining classic clowning with the most experimental work.
ℹ️ Good to know: much of the clowning is visual, although some shows are in Catalan or Spanish. Advance online tickets have a 10% discount. L'Auditori tickets (€16, single price) are sold separately. Cornellà is 20 minutes from Barcelona by metro L5, Rodalies or FGC.
✨ Eight days to remember that laughing is also a way of resisting.
