"Vuit" brings together dialogues between Frederic Amat and poets, writers, playwrights, and philosophers. The exhibition presents a journey of images, drawings, and inquiries shaped through these intellectual exchanges.
Key highlights include the unreleased short film Al filo (2026), produced specifically for La Virreina in collaboration with Chantal Maillard. The display also features historic collaborations with Mark Strand, J. V. Foix, Octavio Paz, and Guillermo Cabrera Infante, revealing artistic creation as an extensive epistle with numerous senders.
