📖 Dialogue between black, white, and color
The exhibition "Dones del món" offers an evocative exploration of human essence through female portraits. In the displayed photographs, Lluís Vilaró combines two distinct visual languages: he converts the images to black and white while selectively preserving color in specific areas of each composition.
This artistic choice lends every portrait a timeless, classic, and universal presence, while delicate accents of color draw attention to individuality, garments, and the rich cultural heritage of each woman depicted.
