📖 A language of visual and poetic resistance
Regarded as one of the most enigmatic creators of the 1970s, Jové developed a multidisciplinary practice combining photography, drawing, poetry, words, objects, and raw matter. His works examine human fragility and challenge the social regimes and oppressive systems of Western societies.
The exhibition is structured around a pulsating central core, proposing an anachronic cartography that links past, present, and future through interconnected constellations of works and continuous series of drawings and photos.
🎨 Two floors dedicated to Jové's work
The presentation spans two floors: the main exhibition level acts as an radiating nucleus, while the lower galleries are configured as an archival and research space.
ℹ️ Good to know: Reduced admission is available for accredited students, visitors over 65, and holders of Carnet de Biblioteques, Carnet Jove, large family cards, Òmnium Cultural, Cavall Fort, or Quadern Cultura. Free admission for children under 16, unemployed visitors, Amics del Museu Tàpies, and disability card holders.
