📖 Film and debate on urban life

"Un lugar en la Ciudad" explores how urban life can be reshaped from the grassroots. Drawing on personal stories and interviews, it portrays community power and collective action in Rosario (Argentina), Santiago (Chile), and Belo Horizonte (Brazil).

The film is linked to academic research on how social movements and urban scholars redefine the right to the city through cooperation and care. Director Gabriel Silvestre will introduce the screening and answer questions from the audience.

🌍 Context and collective forum

Following the film, Alicia Jeannin will moderate a discussion as part of the "Àgora Efímera" project, inviting local residents to share perspectives on housing. The session is held within the Tardor Solidària campaign ("Habitar el territori") and the World Capital of Architecture framework.

✨ A collaborative reflection on shaping the future of our neighborhoods.
