📖 Folk tradition meets urban dance styles

In Bō, the traditional stick is transformed into an innovative scenic element connecting past and future. The piece brings together contemporary dance with urban disciplines such as hip-hop, breakdance, locking, and popping. The result is an accessible, festive, and visual experience that celebrates identity, community, and the dynamic power of movement.

🎭 The company and the artistic team

The production features artistic direction and choreography by Lluc Fruitós alongside Brodas Bros. The cast of dancers taking the Teatre Zorrilla stage includes Pol Fruitós, Berta Pons, Clara Pons, Marc Carrizo, Héctor Puigdoménech, Ari Martínez, Clement Hamilton, and Marina Molina, who bring this shared rhythm and heritage to life.

✨ An energetic performance reinventing Catalan folklore through contemporary urban dance.
