📖 A passion for cinema and the shelter of deception

For Diana, science fiction is an essential refuge against the threats of planet Earth. With her father having disappeared during her childhood and her mother increasingly distant, she experiences an existential void that only her profound passion for cinema can alleviate.

However, everything changes when she falls in love for the first time. Realising that deception can help her secure the affection she desperately craves, she spirals into an addiction to compulsive lying.

🎭 Production and cultural support

The play is staged by Cia. Gèminis, presenting a poignant reflection on contemporary psychological struggles. This performance is supported by Programa.cat, an initiative promoted by the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya alongside the Provincial Councils of Barcelona, Girona, Lleida, and Tarragona.

✨ A touching theatrical exploration of vulnerability, film obsession, and the search for love.
