📖 Heritage recovery of the Valls town wall
Titled «Treballs arqueològics a la muralla de Valls. Interpretació històrica, recuperació patrimonial i revalorització urbana», this lecture examines the recovery of two sections of medieval wall: a 45-metre stretch between two towers and a 22-metre underground segment.
Speakers Arnau Pou (iPAT Serveis Culturals, SL), Cristina Belmonte (iPAT Serveis Culturals, SL), and Marta Milà (Ibarz-Milà UTE), moderated by Francesc Murillo (Institut d’Estudis Vallencs), will discuss how excavations revealed workshops and domestic activities in the basements from the second half of the 17th century onwards.
